An Introduction to RStudio
This consists of 5 sessions teaching you the basics of using R; sufficient for most courses (any bio related course, this is perfect).
The sessions become more difficult each time but I do provide the scripts, so if you get stuck, you will always be able to see where you went wrong.
I have included flashcards with the definition of each command

5. Introduction to R - Hypothesis Testing
This is the final session. By the end of this session you should be fairly comfortable with the program.
This session focuses on hypothesis testing. You will cover the correlation function - c()
a look at the additional types of t-tests R is capable of running - t.test()
You will look at a different data file in the format "long" and this session covers more complicated subsetting of data
You will learn to run two different types of chi-squared tests (goodness-of-fit and association tests) usi...

4. Introduction to R - basic statistical analysis
This session teaches you how to perform basic statistical analysis and a little bit of theory. The two main parts are 1) Standard deviations; how to with and without creating an object and then 2) Random samples and Type I errors; how to generate random data and how to manipulate it, what constitutes an error and so forth.
Functions covered:
sd() and how to use it as well as sqrt()
multiplication operator (*)
how to simulate sample data using runif()
how to perform a t-test and the different kin...

2. An introduction to using R
A link to the sample data is provided in the presentation.

This section covers indexing and sub-setting, the use of square brackets, calculating summary statistics; functions such as mean(), by the end of this you will be comfortable with creating objects. The apply() function is covered as well as R help files.
And finally how to generate histograms in R
